A drum game online: play the kit on your phone
Snare, kick, hi-hat and cymbal under your thumbs. Free, in the browser, alone or in a band.
Our Band Sucks has a drum kit on your phone's screen: snare and kick for your thumbs on Easy, hi-hat and cymbal joining on the harder levels. Notes fall to the kit; hit them on the beat to keep the combo going. It's free, it runs in the browser and there's nothing to install.
Play it alone, or make it a band: friends join with a room code and take guitar, keys or vocals while you hold the beat.
What the kit does
Four difficulties
Easy is two drums and the groove. Expert is the full kit with fills and rolls. Charts are hand-balanced per level.
Rolls and fills
Chains of fast hits on the harder levels, and the cymbal crash at the end of a phrase.
Your first song teaches you
The first notes wait on the line until you tap them. Then the song takes off.
Leaderboard
Solo scores go on today's, this week's and the all-time board.
The drummer in the band
In a Party room the drummer is the clock: everyone else's part sits on your groove. Madness mode makes it chaos, switching each player to another instrument mid-song, so the drummer might end the song on vocals. It's the fastest way to find out who in your group can actually keep time.
Questions, answered badly
Is it a real drum simulator?
No, it's a rhythm game: notes fall to the pads and you hit them in time. The kit is laid out like a real one.
Can I play drums on a computer?
The game is made for phones and tablets. On a computer the page shows a QR code to open it on your phone.
Is it free?
Yes. No ads, no account, no download.
Do I need headphones?
They help. If you use Bluetooth, the Audio sync screen corrects the lag.
